Can it show a textile collection at a Helipad fair?
Yes. A runway of life-size model walks can loop on the stand for every day of the fair, as Shahi Exports' did for all 4 days of Bharat Tex 2026. We can film the garments and models in one studio session, so the reel shows drape and movement, not just a still image.
What does a day in Ahmedabad cost?
The 7-foot HoloBox is ₹75,000 a day and the 6-foot ₹65,000, for the unit. On top of that come the trip from Thane, any content we produce and GST, plus an operator only if your format needs one. You get the full itemised figure within one working day of sending your dates.
How long does delivery from Thane take?
1 to 2 days by road, so we plan for the unit to arrive the day before your fair or event. The Helipad Exhibition Centre and Mahatma Mandir allocate unloading slots to exhibitors, so send your dates early and we book the slot for you.
Can a minister or CEO appear live at Mahatma Mandir?
Yes. A speaker anywhere in the world can appear life-size on the stage and take questions, as Hitachi's Tokyo executive did at a New Delhi convention. The speaker's end needs a 100 Mbps uplink, the delay is about 0.4 seconds, and we run a backup line.
Is it suited to banks and fintechs in GIFT City?
Yes. ACT21 used an AI avatar at Global Fintech Fest to present its banking software, and NatWest Group ran a touch menu, an AI host and a live banker. The AI can run on-premise and offline, and HoloBox911 works to ISO 27001 certified processes.

What does the hall or office need to provide?
An earthed socket, a level floor and air-conditioning between −5 °C and 30 °C; the 7-foot draws 700 W at full load. Gujarat's exhibition halls can be bright, so we position it away from skylights and direct sunlight. Internet is needed only for a live speaker or a cloud AI host.
Can we keep it for the whole fair or a season?
Yes. A 5-day fair at the Helipad is billed as 5 rental days, and the unit stays on your stand throughout. For a season in a GIFT City lobby or a showroom on SG Highway, a lease gives one monthly figure for the unit, support and content changes.
