Private, on-premise AI
Some material can't leave the building. For Maruti Suzuki's vendor conference at Bharat Mandapam, delivered with Yazaki as partner, we exported more than 750 project records from DigiLib and trained the model on-premise. The records never left Maruti Suzuki's infrastructure, and no external API was used. The avatar answered from sanctioned records only.

More than one avatar on one unit
At TechHR India '26, Yashobhoomi, a multi-avatar concierge let visitors choose a department, such as HR or Finance, and a different avatar answered in that voice. The same HoloBox also ran avatars of Jonty Rhodes and People Matters CEO Pushkaraj Bidwai. The work won Gold for Best Future of Work and Learning Innovation at the People Matters Infini-T Awards 2026, jointly with Talent Fourth Generation.

Which languages can the AI avatar speak?
English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Punjabi, French, German and more. At MQFC 2.0, Maruti Suzuki's avatar answered live in English and Japanese. Tell us the languages your audience uses and we confirm them in the quote, including whether the avatar should switch language as each visitor speaks.
Does an AI avatar need the internet?
Not necessarily. The AI can run on-premise and offline, with models trained on-premise, so the avatar keeps working where the venue network is weak or where data must stay inside your building. Internet is only needed if you choose a cloud model or switch on web answers.
Will the avatar make things up?
It answers from your approved documents first, which keeps it on message. At Maruti Suzuki's vendor conference it answered from sanctioned project records only, with no external API. Each exchange can be logged, as at MQFC 2.0, so your team can review answers and improve the knowledge base.
Can it answer questions without our data leaving the building?
Yes. For Maruti Suzuki's vendor conference at Bharat Mandapam, delivered with Yazaki, more than 750 DigiLib project records were exported and the model trained on-premise. The records never left Maruti Suzuki's infrastructure. HoloBox911 is also an ISO 27001 certified company.

Yes. At TechHR India '26 a multi-avatar concierge let visitors choose a department, such as HR or Finance, and a different avatar answered in that voice. The same unit also ran avatars of Jonty Rhodes and Pushkaraj Bidwai. The work won Gold at the People Matters Infini-T Awards 2026, jointly with TFG.
How long does it take to build an AI avatar?
Content made for you usually takes 2 to 4 weeks: the character, the voice and the answers from your approved documents. If you already have a presenter or a brand character, tell us at the brief, and we plan back from your event or go-live date.
Can the avatar look like our CEO or a celebrity?
Yes, with that person's agreement. People Matters ran an avatar of its CEO, Pushkaraj Bidwai, and of cricketer Jonty Rhodes at TechHR India '26. A leadership message can also be made from photos, so a leader can welcome every visitor without being filmed in a studio.
Can an AI avatar capture leads?
Yes. The avatar answers questions and can capture visitor details with consent, so your sales team follows up after the event. At Anaptyss the final question handed each visitor to a team member for a live demo, and at MQFC 2.0 every exchange was logged so Maruti Suzuki could see what visitors asked most.
Can we rent an AI avatar for a single event?
Yes. The HoloBox is rented by the day for the unit, with the avatar content, transport and GST quoted separately, and an operator available at extra cost. Made-for-you avatar content usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, so book early. For a permanent desk or experience centre, buying or leasing usually works out better. Your quote compares the options.
