The brief
People Matters TechHR India '26 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, is Asia's largest HR and work-tech conference. Its Innovation Hub had to show the future of work and learning to thousands of senior HR leaders over two days, on 6 and 7 August 2026.
What we did
Built with Talent Fourth Generation, one HoloBox911 on the floor did five jobs. An AI avatar of former South African cricketer Jonty Rhodes answered delegates' own questions in natural language for two days, with no script and no claim on his diary.
An avatar of People Matters CEO Pushkaraj Bidwai answered agenda and session questions every time he was asked. Vaibhav Sisinty, founder of GrowthSchool, was holoported in life-size from another city with two-way audio.
A multi-avatar concierge let visitors choose a department, HR, Finance or anything else, and a different avatar answered in that voice.
The result
More than 250 CHROs, directors and heads of talent walked away holding the moment.
The work won Gold for Best Future of Work and Learning Innovation at the People Matters Infini-T Awards 2026, awarded jointly to Talent Fourth Generation and HoloBox911.
