Hitachi
Hitachi's HR Convention in New Delhi needed its Tokyo leadership in the room, not on a screen. Flying an executive in for a single address meant losing a week to travel for twenty minutes on stage.

Exhibiting at HITEX or speaking at HICC?
Send the venue and dates. With a unit in Gachibowli, we deliver in 1 business day and reply to your brief within one working day.
A unit based in Gachibowli
HoloBox911 now keeps a HoloBox in Gachibowli, so Hyderabad events no longer wait for a truck from Delhi or Mumbai. Delivery within the city takes 1 business day. That leaves room for a site check the day before, which matters in towers with goods lifts and security passes.
Venues we deliver to
| Venue | Typical use |
|---|---|
| HITEX Exhibition Centre, Madhapur | Trade shows and expos: a stand attraction, a product in 3D or an AI host |
| HICC, next to Novotel | Conferences and summits: a keynote beamed in live, or a recorded leadership welcome |
| Offices in HITEC City and Gachibowli | Client days, town halls and lobbies: an AI receptionist or a leader appearing at full height |
Already at work in Hyderabad
Capgemini runs a HoloBox911 in its Applied Innovation Lab in Hyderabad, where leaders in France appear at full height for client sessions. HoloBox911 has handled the capture, streaming and post-production since it was installed. The lab is a secure site, so it is not open to visitors.

How much does it cost to rent a HoloBox in Hyderabad?
From ₹75,000 a day for the 7-foot and ₹65,000 for the 6-foot, unit only. Content, transport and GST are added on top, and an operator is optional at extra cost. Because the unit is already in Gachibowli, local transport is short. Your itemised quote arrives within one working day.
How quickly can you deliver in Hyderabad?
Within 1 business day anywhere in Hyderabad, because a unit is based in Gachibowli. Book as soon as your date is fixed all the same: large venues usually allocate delivery slots, and content made for you takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Can you deliver to HITEX Exhibition Centre?
Yes. HITEX in Madhapur is one of the venues we deliver to from Gachibowli, in 1 business day. The packed unit is 300 kg in a flight case with a built-in ramp, so we confirm the hall, the stand position and the organiser's delivery slot before the show.
Can a speaker appear live at a conference in HICC?
Yes. A speaker filmed in another city or country appears life-size and takes questions, as Hitachi's Tokyo executive did on a New Delhi stage. The sending end needs a 100 Mbps uplink, the delay is about 0.4 seconds, and we provide a backup line.
Is HoloBox911 already used in Hyderabad?
Yes. Capgemini runs a HoloBox911 in its Applied Innovation Lab in Hyderabad, where leaders in France appear at full height for client sessions. HoloBox911 has handled the capture, streaming and post-production since it was installed. The lab is a secure site and is not open to visitors.
Can it work as an AI receptionist in a HITEC City office?
Yes. In a HITEC City or Gachibowli tower, a life-size host can greet visitors in the lobby, check them in and tell their host they have arrived, as Maya does at Race Eco Chain. It answers from the documents you approve, and the AI can run offline on your own servers. A permanent lobby is usually bought or leased.
Can I see a HoloBox before booking?
Yes. Ask for a demo by video call, or see one at our Noida Display Centre in Sector 132 or our Thane Display Centre, by appointment. Call +91 84479 20977 or use the form below. We will share the Hyderabad address for demos once the Gachibowli space is set up.
Which size suits a Hyderabad office or hotel ballroom?
Measure the ceiling first. A hotel ballroom or a HITEX hall takes the 7-foot, 213 cm tall with an 86-inch panel, easily. A meeting room or a low-ceilinged office floor may need the 6-foot, 167.64 cm on a 6-inch podium. Send us the room height and we recommend one.
What does the venue need to provide?
Three things: an earthed socket, a level floor and air-conditioning. Hyderabad's glass-fronted office atriums are bright, so we place the unit away from direct sun, and the 7-foot draws 700 W at full load. Wi-Fi or Ethernet is needed only for a live speaker or a cloud AI avatar.
Can we keep it for a whole expo or a month?
Yes. Rental is priced by the day, so a 3-day show at HITEX is quoted as 3 days, with the unit staying on your stand throughout. For a stay of several months, such as a launch season in a mall or a lobby, leasing covers the unit, support and content without buying outright.
