When renting makes sense
- You have one exhibition, launch or conference, with a fixed date.
- You want to test the idea before committing.
- You don't have a permanent place for a 220 kg display.
When buying or leasing makes sense
- It will run most days, as a reception host. Race Eco Chain's Maya greets registered visitors at its reception.
- It's part of a permanent exhibit. Capgemini has units in its Mumbai and Hyderabad Experience Centres.
- You'll use it at many events each year, and your team can run and move it.
What to compare
Don't compare the day rate with the purchase price alone. Rental costs repeat with each event, and include transport and any operator. Ownership brings storage, moving and support. Moving the 7-foot unit out of a building, or by lift or stairs, takes an 8-person crew with the flight case.

Purchased units carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In India, we respond remotely within 1 working day, with a site visit within 3 working days in Delhi NCR, or 5 elsewhere.
