Two guest speakers appeared live in the classroom at full height and taught PGDM Section A students from their own studio, without travelling to Ghaziabad. Students could see, hear and question them in real time.

The brief

IMT Ghaziabad wanted to bring guest speakers into its classroom without asking them to travel to campus, and without settling for a recorded video or a flat video call.

What we did

Two guest speakers joined from a remote studio with a camera and a controlled backdrop. We removed the background from the live feed and streamed it securely to the HoloBox on campus.

Each speaker appeared inside the transparent display at human height, in front of PGDM Section A, with two-way audio.

The result

Students could see, hear and question the speakers in real time, glasses-free. It was a live session, not a recording.

The session can be recorded and turned into reusable course content, so one appearance keeps teaching after the day.
