Monotech's CEO welcomed every visitor for four days. He was there for one.

Pallav Aggarwal welcomed every visitor to Monotech Engineers' stand at IMTOS 2025 without standing there: shot once, played life-size from first hour to last. On a busy show floor, it did the job of premium signage. It stopped the aisle and ran itself.

The brief

Monotech Engineers wanted their CEO, Pallav Aggarwal, to welcome every visitor to their stand at IMTOS 2025, Yashobhoomi, across all four days, without him having to stand there from first hour to last.

What we did

We filmed the CEO once, against a controlled background, in a single capture session. HoloBox911 isolated, graded and mastered the footage for holographic depth inside the enclosure.

The finished reel was loaded locally onto the unit and looped through open hours, with no live link, no operator and no resets.

The result

His welcome played life-size and glasses-free from hall open to hall close, all four days. On a busy show floor it did the job of premium digital signage: it stopped the aisle and ran itself.

Monotech build press brakes up to 800 tonnes and India's largest C-frame press. The same unit can show machines like these at full height, on a single floor tile, where a hall only lets you truck in one.
