The brief
Capgemini's Experience Centres in Mumbai and Hyderabad host clients who expect to meet the people behind the work, and many of those leaders are based in France.
The centres needed a way to put those leaders in the room at full height, regularly, without a flight each time.
What we did
We installed a HoloBox in each centre and set them up for holographic telepresence. The capture rig travels to the speaker, not the other way round: a backdrop, a camera and a room in France.
The backdrop drops away in real time, and the speaker crosses to India at up to 2K, appearing at human height inside the enclosure under each centre's normal lighting. Both centres run the same sequence, the same night.
HoloBox911 has handled capture, streaming and post-production since deployment, so one address becomes assets both centres reuse.
The result
Both units still run today. Beyond live presenters, the same HoloBox carries architecture walkthroughs, digital-twin engineering demos and bid sessions where the practice lead joins the pitch from wherever they happen to be.
