What does a holographic property model show?
The project as buyers will see it. Towers turn in 3D, amenities and phases are picked out, and floor plans open by touch on the 86-inch panel. It works glasses-free in a normally lit sales gallery, and the model can be updated as phases launch.
Can buyers explore an apartment themselves?
Yes. The panel has 10-point infrared touch, so a buyer can choose a tower, a floor and a unit type and see it in 3D. Fluidra's visitors explored a whole aquatic centre this way at SFI Expo 2026, without being shown how.
Can an AI host answer buyers' questions?
Yes, from approved material only. An AI host answers on layouts, specifications, amenities and possession timelines from the brochure and FAQs you approve, in English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali and more. Pricing questions can be routed to your sales team. Every answer can be checked before it goes live.
Can a sales lead present to buyers in another city?
Yes. A sales lead can appear live and life-size in a gallery elsewhere, with two-way questions, as Hitachi's Tokyo executive did on a New Delhi stage. The sending end needs a 100 Mbps uplink, and the delay is about 0.4 seconds.
What do we need to provide?
Your 3D models or renders from the architect or visualisation studio, and the approved project facts for any AI host. Our XR Design Centre in Noida prepares the content, which usually takes 2 to 4 weeks from brief to a file ready for the display.
Does it work in a site office?
Yes, indoors. A site office needs an earthed socket, a level floor and air-conditioning between −5 °C and 30 °C, away from direct sunlight; the 7-foot draws 700 W at full load. Site dust is the main risk, so it should sit in a closed, cooled room.
Should a developer buy, lease or rent?
Buy or lease for a sales gallery that runs for the life of a project, and rent for a launch event or a property expo. Purchased units carry a one-year warranty, with years 2 and 3 by quote. Our pricing page sets out what each option includes.
Can the content change as the project sells?
Yes. New phases, towers, offers or sold-out markers can be swapped in from the HoloBox app in minutes, so the model in the gallery matches what is actually available that week. The 86-inch panel shows each change at life size, and no visit from our team is needed.
