Planning a one-day booking
- Book when the date is fixed: content made for you usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. Content you already have can be loaded much sooner.
- Check the route in: the unit travels in a 300 kg flight case, so every door and lift opening must be at least 8 feet 6 inches by 4 feet 5 inches, and any lift rated 300 kg or more.
- Agree access times: we confirm delivery and collection slots with the venue before booking.
- Doors open: the unit is calibrated on site before visitors arrive.

Can I rent a HoloBox for just one day?
Yes. HoloBox911 rents by the day anywhere in India, so a single launch, keynote or conference day is fine. The 7-foot rents from ₹75,000 for the day and the 6-foot from ₹65,000, for the unit only, with content, transport and GST extra.
What does the one-day price include?
The unit only, for the day you book. Content, transport and GST are extra, and an operator is available at extra cost for live or interactive formats. Your quote lists every item for your venue and date within 1 working day, so there are no surprises.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as your date is fixed. Content made for you usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, and the venue's delivery slots fill up before big shows. Content you already have, such as a product film or a speaker video, can be loaded much sooner.
What does the venue need for one day?
An indoor, air-conditioned space, a level floor and an earthed socket; the 7-foot draws 700 W at full load. It needs about 1.3 by 0.6 metres of floor and 213 cm of height, away from direct sunlight. Internet is needed only for live or cloud AI content.
Will it fit through the venue's doors and lifts?
We check before booking. The 7-foot travels in a 300 kg flight case, so every door and lift opening must be at least 8 feet 6 inches by 4 feet 5 inches, and any lift rated 300 kg or more. Stairs need an 8-person crew, which we arrange.
Can a speaker appear live for the day?
Yes. Hitachi's Tokyo executive addressed a New Delhi convention live at full height. The sending end needs a 100 Mbps uplink, the delay is about 0.4 seconds, and we provide a backup line. For live formats we recommend an operator, at extra cost.
Do we need an operator for one day?
Not for recorded content, which loops all day on its own. Monotech Engineers' CEO welcome ran for four days at IMTOS 2025 with no operator. For live telepresence or an interactive AI avatar we recommend one, available at extra cost.
Is one day cheaper than a whole show per day?
Rental is priced by the day, and we quote for the full period you need. Most exhibitors keep the unit for every day of a trade show: Shahi Exports ran one for all four days of Bharat Tex 2026. Ask for both options and compare.
Which cities do you deliver to for a day?
All of India. Our nearest bases are the Noida Display Centre for Delhi NCR, the Thane Display Centre for Mumbai and our Bellandur office for Bengaluru. NatWest Group ran units in Bengaluru and Gurugram on the same day. Transport is quoted for your venue.
