Day rates are a starting point. The total depends on the days, the city and what you want the display to do. Every quote lists each item in rupees.
The extras, explained
These are the items that most often sit alongside the day rate. Each one is priced in your quote, not here.
- Content made for you. A recorded presenter, a product in 3D, a leadership message or an AI host. Leadership messages can be made from photos. Our XR Design Centre in Noida makes it. Content made for a client usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, so it often sets your booking date.
- Your own content. If you already have suitable footage, we load yours. This is usually the lightest option.
- An AI host. A life-size avatar that answers visitors from the documents you approve first, and can capture leads. It can run on-premise and offline. See AI hologram.
- Live telepresence. A speaker in another city or country appears live at full height. The sending end needs a 100 Mbps uplink, and a smartphone on a tripod can be the camera. See live telepresence.
- Transport. Charged separately, and quoted with your venue. The unit travels in its own aluminium flight case with a built-in ramp. We check the route and power first, and calibrate the unit on site before doors open.
- An operator. Someone from our team beside the unit, at extra cost. Many rentals don't need one: a recorded loop or an AI host can run unattended.
- GST. Day rates are quoted before GST, and your quote shows the GST and the total.
What changes the total
- How many days. You can rent for a single day. For a longer show or a campaign, send all your dates and we quote for the full period.
- Which model. The 6-foot costs less a day and suits lower ceilings. The 7-foot shows a person at full height.
- What it shows. Loading your own film costs less than a custom AI host or a 3D product build.
- Where it goes. Transport depends on the city and the route in. A ground-floor hall with level access is simpler than an upper floor. Using a lift or stairs, or leaving a building, takes an 8-person crew with the flight case. Any lift must be rated 300 kg or more.
- Whether someone stays with it. An operator is optional.

Real examples: how clients kept the cost down
One shoot, four days, no operator. At IMTOS 2025, Monotech Engineers' CEO welcomed every visitor as a life-size hologram for all four days. He was filmed once, and the welcome played on a loop. There was no operator. See Monotech at IMTOS.

Rent, buy or lease?
Renting suits a single show, a launch or a short campaign. If you plan to use a display for most of the year, buying or leasing is usually the better fit. Both models can be bought, and the 7-foot can also be leased. A purchase includes delivery, installation and commissioning, training with a sign-off, a user and care guide, and a warranty certificate.
