How much does it cost to hire a hologram display in London?
From £2,000 a day for the 7-foot HoloBox911 and £1,500 for the 6-foot, for the unit only. Content, delivery and VAT are extra, delivery is charged at actual cost, and an operator is available at actual cost. Your quote lists every item in pounds within one working day.

Can it go on a stand at ExCeL London?
Yes. It is 213 cm high, so check your stand height limit, and it needs one earthed single-phase socket ordered with your stand electrics. The flight case needs a route with openings of at least 8 feet 6 inches by 4 feet 5 inches. We check both with you before the show.
Can a speaker appear live at a London conference?
Yes. A speaker anywhere in the world appears life-size and takes questions, as Hitachi's Tokyo executive did. Their end needs a 100 Mbps uplink, the delay is about 0.4 seconds, and we provide a primary and a backup line. A speaker in the UK can be filmed through our production partners.
Is it suitable for a bank in the City or Canary Wharf?
Yes. NatWest Group used one for banking visitors, with a touch menu, an AI host and a live remote banker. For UK clients the AI's data is hosted on UK servers, it can also run on-premise and offline, and HoloBox911 works to ISO 27001 certified processes.
Which languages can the AI host speak?
More than 10, including English, Welsh, Polish, Urdu, Punjabi, French and German, as well as Hindi, Marathi and Bengali. It answers only from the documents you approve, and for UK clients the AI data stays on UK servers. Tell us the languages your London visitors use, and we confirm them in your quote.

Is VAT included in the day rate?
No. The £2,000 and £1,500 day rates are for the unit only, before VAT. UK VAT is added to the hire and any extras under UK rules, and you are invoiced by our UK company. Deposit, payment and cancellation terms are set out in your quote.
Can we hire it for longer than one day?
Yes. The minimum hire is 1 day, and multi-day and weekly rates are agreed for your booking rather than published. For a longer stay, such as a season in a City lobby, a lease runs as a project covering the unit, support and content.
