Global brands, real deployments.
What NatWest Group, Hitachi, Capgemini and Fluidra did with a life-size HoloBox911.
HoloBox911 has 15 named deployments in six countries. Four of the best known are NatWest Group, Hitachi, Capgemini and Fluidra. So far these have taken place at their events and experience centres in India. The same units and team support UK clients from our Wokingham experience centre.

AI avatar and live banker
NatWest Group
NatWest Group ran X Stock Elevate on Tuesday 3 November 2026 across seven cities: Edinburgh, Manchester, London, Chennai, Bengaluru, Gurugram and Zurich. The theme of its Experience Zone was "Fast. Frictionless. Flow."

Hitachi
Hitachi's HR Convention in New Delhi needed its Tokyo leadership in the room, not on a screen. Flying an executive in for a single address meant losing a week to travel for twenty minutes on stage.

Capgemini
Capgemini's Experience Centres in Mumbai and Hyderabad host clients who expect to meet the people behind the work, and many of those leaders are based in France.

Fluidra
Fluidra sells aquatic centres, and you can't bring an Olympic pool to a trade stand. At SFI Expo 2026 in Hall 14 of Bharat Mandapam, from 30 July to 1 August, they needed buyers to understand the whole facility, including the parts buyers don't usually get to see.
NatWest Group: one experience, two cities, one day
At X Stock Elevate 2026 on 3 November, delivered with Virtusa, NatWest Group ran a HoloBox911 in the Experience Zone in both Bengaluru and Gurugram. Visitors used a touch menu, spoke to a full-figure AI host, or were connected to a remote banker who appeared live and talked with them. More than 550 visitors used it.
The content was built once, so both cities ran the same experience on the same day.
Hitachi: a Tokyo executive on a Delhi stage, live
For its HR Convention in New Delhi, Hitachi brought an executive in from a Tokyo studio, live and life-size, through HoloBox911 telepresence. There were no flights. In Hitachi's words: "Our HR Convention in New Delhi needed our Tokyo leadership present, not on a screen."
Capgemini: two permanent units
Capgemini runs two HoloBox911 units in its Mumbai and Hyderabad Experience Centres, bringing leaders in from France at full height. The units are also used for architecture walkthroughs, digital-twin demos and bid sessions, and both still run today.
Fluidra: an Olympic pool on a trade stand
At SFI Expo 2026, in Hall 14 at Bharat Mandapam, Fluidra showed an Olympic pool, a diving tower and a plant room in 3D on one HoloBox911, turned landscape for the first time. Visitors explored all three on their own through the touch panel. See exhibitions.
More named work
- Maruti Suzuki: an on-premise AI host answered vendor questions on more than 750 projects, and nothing left the building.
- People Matters TechHR India '26: AI avatars and a live beam-in on one HoloBox911, which won Gold at the Infini-T Awards 2026, jointly with TFG.
- Race Eco Chain: a life-size AI receptionist that greets registered visitors by name.
Our work: your questions.
Have UK companies used HoloBox911?
Yes. NatWest Group, a UK banking group, used HoloBox911 at X Stock Elevate 2026 on 3 November, delivered with Virtusa, in Bengaluru and Gurugram, India. More than 550 visitors used a touch menu, an AI host and a live remote banker. The case studies on this page all took place in India; UK projects are supported from our Wokingham centre.
Is HoloBox911 any good? What do clients say?
Judge it by named work. HoloBox911 has 15 named deployments, including NatWest Group, Hitachi, Capgemini and Maruti Suzuki, and each client agreed to be named. Capgemini's two units still run today. Hitachi said its New Delhi convention "needed our Tokyo leadership present, not on a screen." The TechHR India '26 work won Gold at the People Matters Infini-T Awards 2026, jointly with TFG.
What kinds of businesses use hologram displays?
Many. Among HoloBox911's named clients in India: banking (NatWest Group) and fintech (ACT21), technology (Hitachi, Capgemini), cars (Maruti Suzuki), textiles (Shahi Exports), jewellery (Couture India), pools (Fluidra), shipping (the Maritime XR Conclave, hosted by the Indian Register of Shipping) and education (IMT Ghaziabad). Uses range from reception and training to trade stands and keynotes.
Can a hologram display stay in place permanently, not just at events?
Yes. Capgemini runs two HoloBox911 units in its Mumbai and Hyderabad Experience Centres, for leaders joining from France, architecture walkthroughs, digital-twin demos and bid sessions, and both still run today. At Race Eco Chain, a gold-finish HoloBox911 runs Maya, a life-size AI receptionist who greets registered visitors by name.
Can I speak to a client?
Ask us. Where a client agrees, we can arrange a conversation about how their project went. You can also see the same display in person at our Wokingham experience centre, by appointment, and download UK case study PDFs from this page. Tell us which deployment is closest to your plans, and we'll suggest who to speak to.
Can a hologram be used for training and education?
Yes. At IMT Ghaziabad in India, two guest speakers taught a PGDM class live and life-size, with two-way interaction, without travelling. At the Maritime XR Conclave 2026 in Mumbai, HoloBox911 showed life-size visualisation for ships, training and collaboration. A HoloBox can also run touch content that learners explore themselves.
