Will a 7-foot hologram display fit under the NEC stand height limit?
Usually, but check your show's exhibitor manual. The 7-foot HoloBox911 is 213 cm high, and the 6-foot stands about 183 cm on its podium where the limit is tight. Send us the manual's limit and any platform height, and we confirm which unit fits.
What does hire for the NEC cost?
£2,000 a day for the 7-foot unit and £1,500 for the 6-foot, before VAT. Content, delivery from Wokingham at actual cost and any operator are listed separately in pounds. The day rate is the same anywhere in the UK, and your quote arrives within one working day.
How do you deliver to the NEC?
Our UK crew drives the unit from Wokingham and arrives the next day, inside the loading slot your organiser allocates. The flight case is 300 kg with a built-in ramp, and we set the unit up in about 2 hours during build-up.
What power does it need on an NEC stand?
One earthed single-phase socket on AC 100 to 240 V; the 7-foot draws 700 W at full load. Order it with your stand electrics through the NEC's contractor. Internet is needed only for a live speaker or a cloud AI host, and recorded content runs from the unit.
Can a speaker join a session at the ICC live?
Yes. A speaker anywhere appears life-size on the stage and takes questions, with a delay of about 0.4 seconds. Their end needs a 100 Mbps uplink, and we run a primary and a backup line. A UK speaker can be filmed through our production partners for a recorded version.
Do we need someone on the stand to run it?
Not for recorded content, which loops all day on its own, as Monotech Engineers' CEO welcome did for 4 days. For a live speaker or an interactive AI host, an operator is available at actual cost, agreed in your quote.
Have you exhibited at the NEC before?

Can visitors interact with it on the stand?
Yes. The 86-inch panel has 10-point infrared touch, so visitors can turn a product or browse a menu themselves, as Fluidra's visitors did with a pool in 3D. An AI host can also answer them aloud in English, Welsh, Polish, Urdu, Punjabi, French, German and more.
Where can we see one before the show?

Can we keep it for every day of the show?
Yes. The minimum hire is 1 day, and a multi-day show is quoted for the full period, with rates agreed for your booking rather than published. The unit stays on your stand for the whole show, ready each morning, as Shahi Exports' did for all 4 days of Bharat Tex 2026.
