Because a live moment cannot be re-run, an on-site operator handles the link and the cue, and is included in event packages.
Usually yes, because the installation is non-invasive. The cabinet needs only power and internet — no structural work, no ceiling rig, no cabling chase through a listed wall. It arrives in black or white housing, so it can be specified to sit with existing joinery rather than fight it. For heritage properties the practical questions are floor loading and sightlines, not construction. Because nothing is fixed to the building, the cabinet can be relocated or removed entirely at the end of a season.
For standard playback, yes — after training. Loading a scheduled brand film, starting a loop for a cocktail hour or switching between prepared clips is designed for your own banquet staff to run without us present. Live work is different. For live beam-ins and wedding reveals we recommend our on-site operator, who is included in event packages, because those moments are cued to the second and cannot be repeated if something drops. A workable split is this: your team runs the routine content, our operator runs the set-piece.
