01 — The company
Most companies in this category buy a panel from one supplier, a media player from another and an avatar service from a third, then introduce them to each other on your site. We don't. HoloBox911 designs the display, writes the operating system it runs on, builds the control application, trains the avatars and produces the holographic content.
That isn't a philosophical position. It's why a unit ships flight-cased and works within hours, why support doesn't become three vendors pointing at each other, and why our lead times and pricing are built for the Indian market rather than converted into it.
HoloBox911 is a brand of AXRverse Global Private Limited, which also operates as Metaverse911. We work with marketing, procurement, L&D and technology teams across automotive, BFSI, retail, manufacturing, pharma, hospitality and education.
02 — Culture
We are a small senior team that builds rather than coordinates. Panel engineering, the operating system, the control application, avatar training and 3D content all happen inside one company, so a decision about the display and a decision about the content are usually made by people who have met.
The work is physical as often as it is digital. A unit gets flight-cased, trucked to an expo hall and calibrated before the doors open, and someone from this team is standing next to it at six in the morning. That shapes who we hire — people who can specify a system and then make it work on site, in a hall, with an hour left.
Much of what runs on our displays is unreleased product material or leadership communication, handled under NDA. Discretion is not a policy document here, it is the working condition, and it is why certification carries more weight in this category than it might elsewhere.
We would rather decline a deployment we cannot deliver well than take it and improvise. Every unit that leaves is one somebody here will be standing beside.

Dealer convention, March 2025. An interactive touch-screen hologram let dealers explore vehicle internal mechanics and parts as a naked-eye 3D hologram.
November 2024. A virtual AI receptionist beamed into the main lobby, greeting global partners and guiding visitor registration autonomously.
HR Convention, New Delhi, February 2025. A complete live-streaming and post-production pipeline projected the Tokyo leadership team into the hall at life size.
March 2025. An AI avatar hologram answered more than 750 project queries, running on secure on-premise AI.
A life-size hologram runway showed the latest apparel collection with rotating garments and model walks, for India’s largest apparel exporter.

HoloBox911 holds a strategic partnership with Hypervision Technologies, and works through event agencies, AV integrators, exhibition contractors and international distributors who reach markets and clients we do not cover directly.
A rental partnership is turnkey. Logistics, pre-event content loading, calibration, test warp and an on-site operator for the duration of the show are ours, so the partner’s client sees one accountable supplier rather than a chain of vendors. That is the only version of this arrangement that survives an expo deadline.
Purchase partnerships carry the same one-year SLA-backed onsite maintenance and support warranty a direct client receives. We do not sell a partner a lesser version of the product.
